He then completed the Masters Certificate in Project Management (MCPM) in 2009 and received his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation in 2013. Professionally, Jordan has worked as Manager of Programs with Memorial University's Gardiner Centre, responsible for the Centre's marketing and branding activities, consulting and events business lines. He next joined the Department of Advanced Education and Skills, Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, working on skilled trades programming and professional development programs and resources for small and medium sized business. In 2013 Jordan re-joined Memorial University and is currently the Coordinator for the Office of the Associate Vice-President (Facilities), where he works on the University's portfolio of Capital Projects. Outside of his professional life Jordan is active with volunteering, having recently finished his term as National Vice-President of Canadian Parents for French, while still serving on the finance committee of Gower Street United Church and working with Memorial's Shad program. Having completed a 2-year term as Director of Communications and Public Relations with the PMI-NL Chapter, Jordan is now looking forward to his new role as Vice-President and helping to advance the profession of Project Management in Newfoundland and Labrador.
