This day is the final stage of our PMI-NL mentorship program

• Reflecting on the Journey:
  • Mentors and mentees may be invited to share what they learned or achieved.
  • There might be highlights from mentoring sessions or feedback collected.
• Celebrating the Participants:
  • Acknowledge the time and effort both mentors and mentees put in.
  • Sometimes certificates of participation or appreciation are given.
• Sharing Outcomes:
  • Organizers may summarize themes, key takeaways, or common goals achieved across the mentorship pairs.
  • Mentors/mentees might share how the experience impacted their career or personal growth.
• Gathering Final Feedback: Participants may be asked to fill out an evaluation form or give verbal feedback to improve future programs.
